Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 Oreo cookies (sandwich kind)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 ounces white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup strawberry preserves (or jam)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 2: In a food processor, blend the Oreo cookies until finely crushed. Add the butter and blend.

  • Step 3: Press the crumbs into a 9x9 pan packed firmly.

  • Step 4: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla till smooth.

  • Step 5: Melt 2 squares of the white chocolate and add to the cream cheese and mix well. Add the eggs one at a time and blend well.

  • Step 6: Pour over crust and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the center is almost set.

  • Step 7: Let cool for 10 minutes.

  • Step 8: Spread strawberry preserves over the top. Melt the remaining square of chocolate and drizzle over the top.

  • Step 9: Place in the fridge and let cool for 4 hours.

  • Step 10: Slice into squares and serve.
