Step 1: Yogurt ... Greek yogurt is a bit thicker than "regular" yogurt, but you can get that thick texture very easily. Add the yogurt to cheese cloth or a coffee filter and place in a colander and then over a bowl. Let it drain at least 8 hours, or over night. Most of the liquid will drain out and it will become very thick.
Step 2: Sauce ... Add the yogurt, lemon juice and zest, garlic, sugar, basil, salt and pepper to a small bowl and mix well. Serve and ENJOY!
