Step 1: Place nonstick foil in a casserole dish.
Step 2: Place butter and microwave in a microwave-safe bowl for 45 seconds or until melted.
Step 3: Add marshmallows to bowl and toss with butter to coat.
Step 4: Microwave again for 45 seconds on high, then stir briskly.
Step 5: Microwave one last time for 45 seconds on high, and stir until marshmallows are incorporated.
Step 6: Spread coated rice into the foil lined casserole dish and press to firm them up with a buttered spatula.
Step 7: Cool before serving. Then keep wrapped in wax paper or nonstick spray coated plastic wrap.
