  • 5 cups crisp rice cereal (or Rice krispies cerea)l

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place nonstick foil in a casserole dish.

  • Step 2: Place butter and microwave in a microwave-safe bowl for 45 seconds or until melted.

  • Step 3: Add marshmallows to bowl and toss with butter to coat.

  • Step 4: Microwave again for 45 seconds on high, then stir briskly.

  • Step 5: Microwave one last time for 45 seconds on high, and stir until marshmallows are incorporated.

  • Step 6: Spread coated rice into the foil lined casserole dish and press to firm them up with a buttered spatula.

  • Step 7: Cool before serving. Then keep wrapped in wax paper or nonstick spray coated plastic wrap.
