The ingredients are:
  • 12 (764 grams) pita bread (mini whole wheat pitas)
  • 3 tablespoons fig jam
  • 175 gram brie cheese (rind removed, room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup arugula (stems removed and coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spread the brie cheese on the pitas, Spread on the fig jam, sprinkle with the thyme.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile, toss together, the arugula, oil and lemon juice.
