Step 1: Melt butter over medium heat; add garlic and herbs and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 2: Increase heat to medium-high; add the flour and cook while whisking until the flour is fully cooked and no longer looks white.
Step 3: Pour in the milk.
Step 4: Cook and stir until mixture is bubbly and thickened.
Step 5: Reduce heat to low; stir in parmesan, salt and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted.
Step 6: Stir in sour cream.
Step 7: Add canned tomatoes and heat through.
Step 8: Add to your favourite cooked pasta.
