Step 1: Shred enough carrot to make 1/2 cup; squeeze out liquid.
Step 2: In a bowl, whisk egg white, whisk in carrot, onions, garlic, panko, soy sauce, ginger, splenda brown sugar mix and oil. Mix in chicken. shape into 6 half inch thick patties. Place on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and grill , turning once for about 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside. serve on buns with desired garnishes.
