How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat eggs, sugar and half of the milk together.

  • Step 2: Add flour, and mix together, adding the remaining milk as required. Add baking soda and cream of tartar, and fold in the melted butter. Drop onto a greased cookie sheet, and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
