Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tuna filets (sushi grade)
  • 6 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoison sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place tuna in a resealable bag and the add all of the ingredients.

  • Step 2: Seal bag and shake gently to mix and coat tuna.

  • Step 3: Place in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours occasionally turning the bag over from one side to the other.

  • Step 4: Preheat grill to medium high heat (I use a gas grill).

  • Step 5: Remove tuna from bag and discard marinade.

  • Step 6: Grill tuna on side one for 2-3 minutes, then flip them and grill them for an additional 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness.
