Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3/4 cups whipping cream
- 2 1/2 pounds whole kernel corn (frozen)
- 2 to 3 teaspoons cornstarch
- Pepper (optional)
How to Make

Step 1: In a saucepan add salt, sugar, cream (reserve a bit to smooth out cornstarch) to corn and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce to low and simmer.

Step 2: Make a slurry with the reserved cream and the cornstach. Add to simmering mixture stirring until thiskened.
