  • 1 cup plain yogurt (I like using vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients in blender.

  • Step 2: Blend until smooth.

  • Step 3: You may need to stop to stir ingredients then start up again until desired consistency is reached.
