Step 1: Mix the flour and salt, and cut in the lard with a pastry cutter.
Step 2: Add the water gradually until the crust comes together, then wrap in plastic wrap or waxed paper and chill until the dough is cold.
Step 3: Dividing the dough into 2 pieces, roll out one and place in the pie plate.
Step 4: Toss berries with flour, lemon juice and sugar and place on top of crust; dot with small pieces of butter.
Step 5: Roll out the other pie crust and place it on top of the pie, and crimp edges together.
Step 6: Brush pie with milk and sprinkle with sugar, and cut 1-2 venbt holes in the pie crust for steam to escape.
Step 7: Bake at 350F for about an hour or until lightly browned and bubbly.
