Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup cherries (frozen dark sweet cherries)
  • 3/4 cup non-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Splenda sugar substitute, to taste (I use 3-5 packets for sweet)
  • 2 cups sugar-free vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 to 1 cup club soda, chilled (or seltzer water, chilled Optional. Depending on how thick you like it)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup, additional to drizzle
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip Lite or whipped cream, to top)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place cherries, milk, vanilla and Splenda into a blender and puree.

  • Step 2: Add ice cream and club soda to the puree and blend on low until desired consistency is reached.

  • Step 3: Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of one large or two medium glasses.

  • Step 4: Pour shake into glass.

  • Step 5: Top with Cool Whip Lite or whipped cream.

  • Step 6: Drizzle more chocolate syrup over the top.
