Step 1: Place cherries, milk, vanilla and Splenda into a blender and puree.
Step 2: Add ice cream and club soda to the puree and blend on low until desired consistency is reached.
Step 3: Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of one large or two medium glasses.
Step 4: Pour shake into glass.
Step 5: Top with Cool Whip Lite or whipped cream.
Step 6: Drizzle more chocolate syrup over the top.
