Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 bag (16 ounce) frozen veggies, thawed (any type that includes carrots, cauliflower and broccoli)
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom condensed soup, unprepared
  • 4 ounces shredded swiss cheese divided (1 cup)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 jar (4 ounce) diced pimento, drained (optional)
  • 1 can (2.8 ounce) fried onions, divided

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 of the can of fried onions.

  • Step 3: Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake covered for 30 minutes or until veggies are done. (hot and bubbly)

  • Step 4: Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across the top.

  • Step 5: Bake uncovered 5-10 minutes or until the onions are toasted and the cheese has melted.
