Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (Best Foods Mayonnaise)
  • Creole seasoning, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup white onions, diced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 cup mixed sprouts (I like radish best)
  • 1/2 cup purple cabbage, sliced and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup red bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup grape tomatoes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix tuna with mayonnaise, spices and onion.

  • Step 2: Arrange lettuce on plate. Then layer: Sprouts, cabbage, snap peas, and bell pepper.

  • Step 3: Mound tuna on the top and sprinkle tomatoes over the top of it all.

  • Step 4: No dressing needed, just eat bites of crunchy veggies with some of the tuna. Yum!
