Step 1: Mix tuna with mayonnaise, spices and onion.
Step 2: Arrange lettuce on plate. Then layer: Sprouts, cabbage, snap peas, and bell pepper.
Step 3: Mound tuna on the top and sprinkle tomatoes over the top of it all.
Step 4: No dressing needed, just eat bites of crunchy veggies with some of the tuna. Yum!
