  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives (pitted, sliced_
  • 1 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons pesto (basil pesto)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (aged)
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, amounts to your taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, if you want it spicy)
