  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (white)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon brandy (or brandy extract)
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 135 grams white chocolate chips (3/4 cup)
  • 120 grams dried cranberries (1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheets.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and brandy. Combine flour and baking soda; stir into butter mixture. Mix in white chocolate chips and cranberries. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared sheets.

  • Step 3: Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in 375 degree oven. Remove from oven while the cookies still doughy. Allow cookies to cool for 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Transfer to wire rake to cool completely.
