  • 1 cup fresh watercress leaf, dried and finely minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar or sucralose
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper or black pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped to garnish (optional)
