Step 1: Mix hamburger, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper together well, and shape into 12 thin patties, each about 4 inches in diameter (allow for shrinkage). Set aside.
Step 2: Mix cream cheese, chili powder, cayenne, cumin, onion powder/ dried onion, and minced jalapenos/pepperoncinis together well.
Step 3: Top 6 of the patties with the cream cheese mixture, spreading it over the burger to about 1/2 inch from the edge, so you can seal the hamburger. If the mixture is difficult to spread, try heating it in the microwave for about 15 seconds before stuffing the burgers.
Step 4: Cover each patty with one of the remaining 6 patties, sealing the edges well, so the cream cheese doesn't leak out during cooking/grilling time.
Step 5: Broil or grill the patties (4 inches from the heat), turning only once if possible, until preferred doneness, and when the cheese inside is melted, about 10-12 minutes.
Step 6: When burgers are almost done top each patty with a slice of Pepper Jack cheese, and broil/grill until it melts to your liking.
Step 7: Serve patties with your favorite sides and salad, or place in a hamburger roll, and top with your favorite condiments.
