Step 1: Sprinkle baking soda into a pitcher. If you use a glass pitcher, hold a spoon down into the pitcher and pour the hot water against the spoon so you won't crack the glass, or use whatever container you'd like.
Step 2: Add tea bags to the pitcher and baking soda.
Step 3: Pour boiling water over tea bags. Cover, and allow to steep for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Remove, and toss out tea bags.
Step 5: Add sugar, and stir until completely dissolved.
Step 6: Add cool water.
Step 7: Refrigerate until cold and ready to drink.
Step 8: Serve over ice.
