  • 2 pints grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 can (14 ounce) chickpeas, drained and rinsed (or use amount desired)
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • Fresh basil, chopped (as desired)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or as desired)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl combine tomatoes with next three ingredients.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl combine the garlic with next five ingredients; pour over salad, toss to coat.

  • Step 4: Refrigerate at least 2 or more hours before serving.
