Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2: Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder.
Step 4: In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth. Add graham cracker mixture and mix well. Stir in coconut, chocolate chips and walnuts.
Step 5: Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets.
Step 6: Bake 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
