  • 1 pound large raw shrimp (thawed, peeled)
  • 1 pound bacon, cut in half
  • Barbecue sauce (as required, your favorite)

How to Make

  • Step 1: WRAP 1 SHRIMP AT A TIME WITH 1/2 STRIP OF BACON.

  • Step 2: PLACE ON 2 SQUERS.

  • Step 3: REPEAT SHRIMP WRAP AND PLACE ON SAME 2 SQUERS.

  • Step 4: CONTINUE WITH 4 MORE SHRIMP, (6 SHRIMP TO A PAIR OF SQUERS).

  • Step 5: REPEAT PROCESS UNTIL ALL SHRIMP ARE USED.

  • Step 6: THIS WILL MAKE ABOUT 4 RACKS OF SHRIMP.

  • Step 7: GRILL UNTIL DONE THEN COVER WITH BBQ SAUCE FOR THE LAST 5 MINUTES.

  • Step 8: I use Sweat Baby Ray's Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ sauce
