  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or light sour cream)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, more to taste (natural-style smooth and unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Splenda granular (or sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit, to serve (especially good with bananas and berries)
