Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Coat a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Step 3: Add the cubed sweet potatoes and apples to the dish.
Step 4: Sprinkle the chopped Rosemary and salt over the potatoes and apples.
Step 5: In a small measuring cup, melt the butter in the microwave; remove and stir in the brown sugar.
Step 6: Pour over mixture and stir well to coat and combine.
Step 7: Cover with foil or a lid and bake for 35 minutes.
Step 8: After 35 minutes, remove foil and continue to bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are fork tender, but not too soft.
