Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Sweet potatoes (2 medium cans)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (white)
  • Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves to taste
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups Raisin Bran Cereal
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Mix together sweet potatoes, milk, egg, sugar and spices. Place in deep-dish pie pie plate or casserole baking dish.

  • Step 3: Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the sweet potatoe mixture. Cover with tin foil.

  • Step 4: Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove tin foil and bake another 15 minutes until topping is crunchy.
