  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • MANGO LEMON BASE

  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh mango
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Ginger Syrup ... Add the water, sugar, and ginger to a small pot and bring to a light boil; then, turn off the heat and let it cool down. Remove the ginger after the syrup has completely cooled. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  • Step 2: Lemon Mango Puree ... Simply add the mango and lemon juice to a blender and puree until smooth. Again, you can substitute papaya or peaches too, which work equally as good. Add the cooled ginger syrup and blend to combine. Refrigerate until chilled and ready to use. It should chill at least 2 hours before using.

  • Step 3: Serve ... Add the mango lemon base, a few mint sprigs, and club soda to a large pitcher. On the side, your choice of vodka, bourbon, gin, or rum (your favorites), a bucket of ice; and garnishes - mint sprigs, fresh mango cubes, and lemon wedges. This way, everyone can make their own cocktail. A few ice cubes, the liquor of their choice, maybe a mint sprig and lemon wedge; and, and the mango lemonade. ENJOY!

  • Step 4: A great party or cocktail to entertain with. Just make sure, NOT to add the club soda to the mango lemon puree until ready to serve.
