Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra-virgin olive oil)
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional I like to add it)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh squeezed only!)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (I use Maille Dijon)
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Vigorously whisk olive oil, garlic (if using) lemon juice and Dijon mustard together in a bowl until the oil emulsifies.
