  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup prepared coleslaw, vinegar based
  • 8 slices mild white cheese (your favorite)
  • 8 hamburger buns, split
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate. Stir the cranberry sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, and cumin together in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and set aside.

  • Step 2: Mix the egg, celery seed, thyme, poultry seasoning, parsley, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and onion in a bowl. Add the turkey and mix until evenly combined. Form the turkey mixture into 8 patties.

  • Step 3: Cook the turkey burgers on the preheated grill until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Put cheese on top and cook just to melt.

  • Step 4: Place on hamburger buns and top with cranberry sauce mixture and coleslaw. Enjoy!
