Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon honey (liquid honey, or agave)
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place first 6 ingredients in small blender or a hand blender.

  • Step 2: With motor running, pour in olive and veggie oils until well incorporated.

  • Step 3: Transfer to bowl, and stir in chopped oregano.

  • Step 4: Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 5: Refrigerate.

  • Step 6: Shake well before serving.
