Step 1: In a resealable bag, combine garlic, prunes, olives, capers, olive oil, vinegar, wine, bay leaf, oregano, salt and pepper, and brown sugar and mix well.
Step 2: Add chicken breasts and marinate in refrigerator overnight (or freeze at this point).
Step 3: To cook: preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 4: Pour contents of bag into baking dish and bake, spooning the broth over the chicken several times for 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
