  • 3 (7/8 ounce) packages brown gravy mix
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 28 frozen meatballs (28 count bag frozen meatballs, thawed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Over medium heat,in a large 10-inch skillet with lid, combine dry ingredients.

  • Step 2: Add water; stir until thickened.( If too thick, just add a bit more water )

  • Step 3: Add thawed meatballs and peas and carrots,and reduce heat to low.

  • Step 4: Cover and simmer until heated through.

  • Step 5: If desired, serve over hot rice or noodles.
