  • 4 English muffins (whole, split with a fork)
  • 6 ounces crab (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1 jar (8 ounce) cheese spread (Old English Sharp Cheese Spread)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Soften cheese and butter; mix all ingredients together.

  • Step 2: Spread mixture on muffin halves.

  • Step 3: Freeze at least 30 minutes.

  • Step 4: Bake at 325° F until lightly browned or put under broiler until lightly browned.

  • Step 5: To serve as appetizers cut each muffin half into quarters.
