How to Make

  • Step 1: Soak your cleaned corn cobs in ice water for a couple of hours (Optional but worth it)

  • Step 2: Get a pan of water really boiling with enough water to cover the cobs

  • Step 3: Place cobs in the boiling water, boil corn for 10 minutes, no more.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile mix your mayo with the hot spice

  • Step 5: Remove corn from water, drain well. paint the cobs with the mayo mix

  • Step 6: Enjoy
