Step 1: Melt half of the butter in a skillet. Place the tortilla in the hot butter.
Step 2: Cover tortilla with 3 tablespoons of cheese, some of the chicken, and some of the BBQ sauce. Add the rest of the cheese and fold the tortilla in half to cover the ingredients.
Step 3: Continue to cook on low for a couple minutes on each side until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melty.
Step 4: Repeat with remaining tortilla. Serve
