Step 1: Heat butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
Step 2: Add shrimp and cook until tender and no longer translucent (a few minutes this won't take long!) then remove the shrimp to a bowl.
Step 3: Add garlic and cook 2-3 minutes, careful not to brown the garlic.
Step 4: Add wine and lemon juice and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Cook until wine is reduced by half.
Step 5: Lower the heat to low, and add butter, then add shrimp back into the sauce in the skillet add parsley.
Step 6: Season to your taste with salt and pepper.
Step 7: Top with grated Parmesan Cheese.
