  • 4 cups water
  • Pinch salt (or to taste, use only if not using salted cashews)
  • Vanilla, to taste (optional)
  • Honey, to taste (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Soak cashews in water at least 8 hours or overnight.

  • Step 2: Place cashews in a blender with water, salt and vanilla and/or honey); blend untill it's as smooth as it's gonna get.

  • Step 3: You can strain out tiny chunks of nut left after blending, or leave them in if you don't mind.
