Step 3: Cook garlic and parsley in oil for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Pour garlic oil over asparagus.
Step 5: Toss to coat.
Step 6: Lay coated asparagus stalks in baking tray, making sure they don't overlap.
Step 7: Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 8: Bake in 400º oven for 5-8 minutes, or until asparagus is tender.
Step 9: Spoon any left over garlic oil over asparagus.
Step 10: NOTES: For extra flavor and a classy presentation, wrap 4-5 stalks together with a slice of uncooked bacon, securing with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining bunches.
Step 11: Bake additional 5 minutes.
