How to Make

  • Step 1: Break tough ends off asparagus.

  • Step 2: Place asparagus in ziploc bag.

  • Step 3: Cook garlic and parsley in oil for 3 minutes.

  • Step 4: Pour garlic oil over asparagus.

  • Step 5: Toss to coat.

  • Step 6: Lay coated asparagus stalks in baking tray, making sure they don't overlap.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Step 8: Bake in 400º oven for 5-8 minutes, or until asparagus is tender.

  • Step 9: Spoon any left over garlic oil over asparagus.

  • Step 10: NOTES: For extra flavor and a classy presentation, wrap 4-5 stalks together with a slice of uncooked bacon, securing with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining bunches.

  • Step 11: Bake additional 5 minutes.

  • Step 12: Spoon any left over garlic oil over asparagus.
