  • 1 package (7 ounce) flaked coconut
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 28 grams almonds (blanched, 24 almonds)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the graham cracker crumbs and butter in a small bowl.

  • Step 2: Press crust mixture into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan.

  • Step 3: Combine condensed milk and coconut; carefully spread over crust.

  • Step 4: Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

  • Step 5: In a microwave, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth; be careful not to scorch (check frequently).
