  • 4 ounces cheese, shredded (Mexican cheese blend, shredded, 1 cup)
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, undrained
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix bisquick, Mexican cheese, chilies and milk until ingredients just come together; do not overmix.

  • Step 2: Drop into 12 portions on an ungreased baking sheet.

  • Step 4: Stir together melted butter, and seasonings. Brush biscuits with seasoned butter.
