  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed with cleaver
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons peanut oil (or mild olive oil)
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon aji-mirin (sweetened rice wine)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
