  • 1 pound tortilla chips (rounds)
  • 1 pound ground beef, lean
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup Salsa (or Picante Sauce)
  • 1 cup Pace Queso, warmed
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, reduced-fat

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a skillet, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat.Add salt and pepper. Drain fat, add Salsa to skillet and heat through. Keep warm and set aside.

  • Step 2: Arrange overlapping layers of tortilla chips on a serving platter.

  • Step 3: Cover with meat mixture, tomatoes, olives, jalapeño.

  • Step 4: Top with shredded cheddar.
