The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 (6.6 ounce) package Hamburger Helper Three Cheese Manicotti
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, lightly steamed (or frozen cut broccoli, thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the ground beef with onion and pepper in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.

  • Step 2: Stir in hot water, milk, pasta and cauce Mix (from the box) and oregano. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 3: Stir in broccoli. At this point you could season with salt if you want. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese; cook uncovered until cheese is melted.
