  • 1 cup walnuts (or cashews)
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups pitted dates
  • 1 1/2 cups raisens
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons water or honey (only if needed to hold mixture together)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pulse all ingredients in food processor until mixture holds together when pressed (add water or honey if mixture is having a hard time holding together).

  • Step 2: Press mixture into 9-inch square pan, and chill. Cut into 16 (2" x 2") squares.
