Step 6: Add in flour; stir until blended.
Step 7: Gradually stir in broth and light cream Bring to a boil stirring constantly for about 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
Step 8: Stir in chicken and frozen vegetables until combined, then heat through (about 15 minutes) .
Step 9: Season with salt and pepper to taste, then transfer to baking dish.
Step 10: Spoon the spread the hot mashed potatoes over the top then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 11: Bake uncovered for 3-40 minutes or until hot.
