Step 1: In a large bowl, beat both packages of cream cheese with soft butter, vanilla, confectioners sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth and well combined (about 2 minutes) fold in half of the container of Cool Whip whipped topping.
Step 2: Spread 1/2 cup (or a little more) of glaze over bottom of crust, then layer with sliced strawberries.
Step 3: Top with remaining glaze.
Step 4: Carefully spoon the cream cheese mixture over the top.
Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 4 or more hours or until set.
Step 6: Before serving spread or dollup the remaining Cool Whip over the top of the pie then garnish top with fresh whole strawberries if desired.
