  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeno slices

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sour cream, to taste
  • Sliced black olives
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and coat a pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. If you have one, use a pre-heated pizza stone at 450 degrees F, if you don't have one, no big deal.

  • Step 2: Bake the pizza dough at 350 to 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, or until it just starts getting brown. Take it out of the oven.

  • Step 3: Brown ground beef with onion in a skillet. Add in garlic and taco spice mix and cook a few minutes. Drain beef once it is done, then combine with can of refried beans and taco sauce to taste.

  • Step 4: Spoon the beef/bean mixture on crust, then add any vegetables you want- like onion, tomato, peppers, jalapenos, cilantro, etc. don't hold back, anything goes!

  • Step 5: Add cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, around 10 minutes.

  • Step 6: Take out of the oven and top with shredded lettuce, taco sauce, sour cream, olives, and additional jalapenos, if desired. Get the beer, eat drink and party!
