Step 1: Whisk together the ginger ale, soy sauce, rice vinegar, corn starch, fish sauce, ground ginger and garlic powder until cornstarch is all dissolved.
Step 2: Pour into a casserole dish big enough to lay the fish filets in.
Step 3: Lay the fillets into the sauce and flip them over to coat.
Step 4: Bake in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven until just cooked. This will depend on thickness of fillets.
Step 5: Broil for 2-3 minutes just to thicken the sauce.
Step 6: Serve with rice or your favourite vegetable and drizzle with a bit of the sauce.
