  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 quart French Vanilla ice cream, softened

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Combine crust ingredients and press into 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Let cool.

  • Step 3: Beat pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg together for 5 minutes, then stir in softened ice cream. Pour into pie crust and freeze 6 hours or overnight.Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
