  • 8 cups vegetable broth
  • Olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, diced small
  • 2 cups cooked beef, chopped
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drizzle enough olive oil to coat the bottom of a large pot; add onions, carrots and rosemary and cook until onions are translucent.

  • Step 3: Add the feta cheese and season to taste.

  • Step 4: Ladle into bowls and serve.
