Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces broth (or 8 ounces milk, can use skim, or 8 ounces beer)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 16 ounces cheddar cheese (block cheddar cheese, you can substitute any other hard cheese that you like I enjoy Colby/Monterrey Jack DO NOT use already shredded cheese)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add beef broth, milk or beer into fondue pot.

  • Step 2: Add garlic and mustard powder and stir well.

  • Step 3: Add cheese and mix well using a whipping motion, until cheese is fully melted.

  • Step 4: Fold in pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
